Meet Anthony "T-Bone" Crawford

Anthony opened his first restaurant in Center Point, AL in March of 2002. After a great year of business, he had an opportunity to open another location. T-Bone’s opened its second location on Highland Avenue in Birmingham’s Southside. Both stores were open for 5 years until other business just had to have our Highland location. T-Bone’s kept grinding through one of the hardest economic times in generations. Our loyal customers would travel from the Southside to Center Point just for our delicious cheesesteaks.

T-Bone’s later had the opportunity to return to the Southside which is where we are now located.

Our sandwiches are served on genuine Amoroso rolls straight from Philly! The thing that makes us unique is that we are a cheesesteak shop first! People are always hollering about where is the Cheez Whiz, cheesesteaks have been around long before Cheez Whiz. Cheez Whiz is garbage!
